Safe Space: Mindful Mondays

We often hesitate from our highest calling-Creation-because we are hesitant of the outcomes that may come from that creation... Judgement, criticism, doubts. All of these things are not under our control. Procrastination kills our dreams. How many times have you thought about great ideas for your business and something or someone gets in the way, meaning, their opinion? How often did you state applying to that job or starting that new wellness journey and you just never got across to it?


Creating a SAFE SPACE mentality is the ultimate first step to not only evolving your potential, but also a first step where you can Go Live More.


Find a moment in the day, at least 20 minutes a day, which experts quote, "daily physical activity is crucial for overall wellness because it can significantly improve physical and mental health, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and enhance quality of life." where you create a separation from your daily life duties. You can go for a walk, a run, a swim or dance for fun, something that gets you MOVING.
